Great brokerage! Agents and owners truly care about their clients.
Lack of communication. Did not return my call.
The complete lack of communication plus the incompetence of knowing what work should cost or the lack of caring is going to cost thousands of dollars extra on a simple paint and repair when I moved out of a home they were renting. The owners can’t get ahold of John, I can’t get him to send me what he said he would send over. On top of that he never took care of the work he said would get done when I moved in, I’m guessing I’m getting billed for that as well, even though it was a building flaw from the get go.
So I purchased a home through Re/Max Success. Could not have had a better experience. Not only did they put me in my current home, they sold my previous one as well. Thorough in all there assessments and all the information. I have purchased many homes in the past and where everyone else is all about the numbers, I felt more of a relationship instead of just being a number.
