Lost my home a condo because of a deconvertion. Lynda DiFatta from the Schaumburg IL office stepped up to the challenge of finding me a new home, before I had to pay high rent at the home I once owned .Lynda and I teamed up to find me the perfect home to buy and I'm so happy now.Lynda worked so hard and really made me feel like I was special .Thank you ,thank you thank you .

Sold my Grandmother's home with Nancy. Never disclosed to me that she had my grandmother pay all the closing costs for the sale. I would have never agreed to that up-front. When I asked her about it she never got back to me. Unethical and no integrity. So sad.
I hired a realtor TR from here for our first home, he was friendly but kept pushing us into buying only columbian model and not any older type homes. We ended up with a townhome with mail box far away from home and place with lot of noise. He was very dominatng and we should have been smarter to avoid him. We met him outside once where he introduced us to his wife Uma who is an arrogant snooty woman. other realtors from Remax were bad aswell, not answering calls, poor communication and arrogance for no talent whatsoever.
We came home after being gone for over a week for Christmas only to find our entire neighborhood (Fieldstone Townhomes) littered with Rick Moeller's papers hanging off everyone's front doors - again. Use your head. You made it so easy for criminals and porch pirates to target homes. Now they know who's home for the holidays and who's not. We (helping neighbors also) went around to everyone's homes this morning and pulled all his solicitations off our neighbors homes that are clearly out of town.
