Darlene is the worst real estate agent I have ever encountered. Don’t use her if you plan on selling your home. I attended her open house in Bloomingdale. I had a preapproval of $475,000 so over $175,000 over her asking price for the home she was selling. I was INTERESTED! I was ready to make an offer. Great front desk staff, agents and location.
Lance and his team (Hanna, Deena) made selling my condo a pleasant experience. I was going to sell it by owner, not realizing what is involved....big mistake!!
