I've called 5 times in the last 4 months to get either my security deposit, or the itemized list of deductions. They told me the notice was sent back to them. Fair. But I gave them my new address, and have heard NOTHING back. Multiple times. I'm tired at this point, but annoyed enough to leave the review. They told me the first time I called 'oh yeah, you have full deposit, tell me where to send it'. I understand every house has to find the right buyer - but I felt like they did not market appropriately. The icing on the cake was our final experience. The broker himself did not think to show our property to buyers that wanted a house in our neighborhood! He actually showed a house 2 houses down (NOT listed by his office). As he was showing them that house, the BUYER found our house on ZILLOW while at the showing, and asked why they weren't being shown ours. So he came over with ZERO notice.
