Steve Pate uses questionable sales tactics. In his initial meeting with the client (mark), he will slickly disguise the fee he owes to his broker as a "real estate transaction fee" and list it under your closing costs. In other words, you end up paying the standard 6% PLUS the broker fee. This is highly misleading.
Eileen is wonderful! She helped us all the way through the process including deciding what our property should be listed for. Within a few weeks we had a lot of interest and received an offer we were very happy with. She made everything easy for us and we closed less than a month after accepting the offer. The process was painless and we are very happy! I highly recommend Eileen McVeigh, the Broker/Owner at RE/MAX Coastal Real Estate, she is a wonderful person and realtor!
