I’ve bought and sold several homes but never had such bad experience with a realtor. Ended up not listing with Monica Foster with RE/MAX. Biggest issue was her suggestion to list our home at lower than the FMV so she could get one more sale under her belt at the cost of the seller. She presented some comps to establish a selling price for our home. But when I offered her the comps that I had found which showed a higher price, she refused to even look at them and parted ways.
