I just want to say Lawrence is definitely the go to guy. I met him 2 years ago when my search began. We have looked at many houses, mobile home parks and condos. Being I live in MA he has accommodated me around my travels and would set things up accordingly. Or check things out if I couldn't get there. Dealing with Lawrence in the recent sale of our ocean front condo in North Myrtle Beach was a very pleasant experience. He was innovative in his marketing strategy and kept us informed regarding activity. This was very helpful in making decisions throughout the process.
