please save yourself the stress and do not deal with SOUTH FLORIDA HOME PARTNERS, INC. BHAKTA, SANKAR. He sold a home to me last year and did not deposit escrow funds for improvements he did without a city permit. He is in breach of contract and my closing company has been trying to contact home since he is in breach of contract. This agent is practicing unethically.
