please save yourself the stress and do not deal with SOUTH FLORIDA HOME PARTNERS, INC. BHAKTA, SANKAR. He sold a home to me last year and did not deposit escrow funds for improvements he did without a city permit. He is in breach of contract and my closing company has been trying to contact home since he is in breach of contract. This agent is practicing unethically.

Chantale Vallejo to be the most professional, professionaI and Personable realtor me and my husband have ever met she made our journey Fun, smooth and most of all she didn't pressure us or harass us.
