I was super nervous with the whole process of selling our home as it was our first home and had never sold before. We felt pressured into making an offer the morning of an inspection. We were told an offer had been made of around the asking price, and they were closing off to any other offers in the afternoon. Now six weeks later the property is still on the market for far less than the original asking price.
