I had a very disappointing experience dealing with Neeraj Sethi and Charanjeet. During the property viewing, we were clearly told that the rent included utilities. However, a few days later, they completely changed their position and claimed that utilities were never included in the discussion. This lack of transparency created unnecessary confusion and frustration. We also felt pressured to sign the lease within just a couple of days of viewing the property.
