She will listen to what you want, knows what you need and will search endlessly until she finds it. She knows what she's doing, and then some. Natasha found us the perfect house, just for us. She goes above and beyond, with a smile on her face. Natasha truly is the sunshine realtor.
I would strongly caution anyone considering working with Cheri East. She knew from the start that selling this home was time-sensitive and critical to my relocation plans. Despite that, I endured months of broken promises, minimal effort, and poor communication. This was a mobile home on lotted land with a fixed commission—and from the beginning, it felt like I wasn’t taken seriously because it wasn’t a “traditional” home.
