I'd give her 10 stars if it were an option. No other realtor can do for you what Natasha Ares can do for you. She will listen to what you want, knows what you need and will search endlessly until she finds it. She knows what she's doing, and then some. Natasha found us the perfect house, just for us. I would strongly caution anyone considering working with Cheri East. She knew from the start that selling this home was time-sensitive and critical to my relocation plans. Despite that, I endured months of broken promises, minimal effort, and poor communication. Dave was the ultimate professional from start to finish. Following his advice, my home sold at a fair price and in record time. The entire process was smooth and seamless.
