Follow up to CLB response. I did NOT view the unit weeks prior. I still have the communication with Gerard in emails. This was discovered AFTER trusting your photos posted to your site. Are you saying your photos are misleading? And you did NOT follow procedure. You are to notice BEFORE sending the check. You waited until the last minute. CLB Property Management has been a great company to work with. The rental process was smooth, and their team is always responsive and professional. The management company is disappointing. I was a reliable and quiet tenant and lived there for one year. Before I moved out, I realized that I was never actually required to pay the $550 deposit because my animal is a service animal that I have had documentation for since well before I moved in. I respectfully pointed this out via email, and requested the deposit be returned to me. I even sent the letter proving this.
