Follow up to CLB response. I did NOT view the unit weeks prior. I still have the communication with Gerard in emails. This was discovered AFTER trusting your photos posted to your site. Are you saying your photos are misleading? And you did NOT follow procedure. You are to notice BEFORE sending the check. You waited until the last minute.
