I turned to CLB Property Management in March 2024 for assistance. The owner and staff are exceptionally knowledgeable across the entire real estate industry. My main POC has been Julie Kolesnik who always “makes things happen” when necessary. Julie coordinates maintenance visits with tenants, ensures vendors get paid and keeps the operation flowing. I have been living in a house managed by Re/Max Port Orange for nearly 5 years. Brent has done an awesome job staying on top of things. He makes sure the lawn maintenance is taken care of. I have not had many issues but he has been on top of all of them very quickly, even at 6pm on a Friday! Everyone I have dealt with since my first interaction has been professional and courteous. I only intended to rent for a couple years but Brent and the team have done such a good job I don't want to leave.
I have owned rentals in this area for 20+ years...and have been looking for a good property manager for about half that time. Most of them don't call you back, find less than desirable tenants, find tenants with pets (when you said NO Pets!, etc)....So, until I discovered Brent McGinnis, I thought that property managers were all created equal (less than desirable themselves)!
