I’ve had a really solid experience with CLB Property Management. I’ve had a really good experience with CLB Property Management. They’re easy to communicate with, responsive, and overall just make things simple. Everything’s been handled smoothly, and I’ve never felt out of the loop. Would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for property management in the Port Orange area.
Follow up to CLB response. I did NOT view the unit weeks prior. I still have the communication with Gerard in emails. This was discovered AFTER trusting your photos posted to your site. Are you saying your photos are misleading? And you did NOT follow procedure. You are to notice BEFORE sending the check. You waited until the last minute. Kaitlyn is on the ball at all times, she gets repairs scheduled quickly and appropriately, she sticks to the contract, and she goes above and beyond to find answers for both the tenant and the owner.
This is a situation where zero stars would be more accurate. We should’ve known we were in for it on day one. The realtor refused to let us pick up keys a few hours early without charging extra — then couldn’t meet the actual move-in day until 10am. Our movers were arriving at 8am. Even better? We had to drive 25 minutes out of our way to their office — 25 minutes there, 25 minutes back — just to get the keys. And we had to do that twice.
