This is a situation where zero stars would be more accurate. We should’ve known we were in for it on day one. The realtor refused to let us pick up keys a few hours early without charging extra — then couldn’t meet the actual move-in day until 10am. Our movers were arriving at 8am. Even better? We had to drive 25 minutes out of our way to their office — 25 minutes there, 25 minutes back — just to get the keys. And we had to do that twice. I have had a wonderful experience with CLB properties! I really appreciate their timely communication and full transparency. They have made consistent efforts to improve the quality of service and are always open to feedback.
Follow up to CLB response. I did NOT view the unit weeks prior. I still have the communication with Gerard in emails. This was discovered AFTER trusting your photos posted to your site. Are you saying your photos are misleading? And you did NOT follow procedure. You are to notice BEFORE sending the check. You waited until the last minute. this Property Management company showed me a condominium for rent and then the condominium association management rejected me inappropriately. They only went to batch for me, but the president of the company actually called the condominium management group and after that call, I was accepted into the community. They're not too many management companies that will do that for a person. They don't really know so I highly recommend them.
Kaitlyn is a joy to work with! She is helpful, professional, knowledgeable and works hard to ensure a great experience. 10/10 would recommend!
