Follow up to CLB response. I did NOT view the unit weeks prior. I still have the communication with Gerard in emails. This was discovered AFTER trusting your photos posted to your site. Are you saying your photos are misleading? And you did NOT follow procedure. You are to notice BEFORE sending the check. You waited until the last minute. CLB Property Management has been a great company to work with. The rental process was smooth, and their team is always responsive and professional. Maintenance requests are handled quickly through their online portal, which makes things super convenient. I appreciate how well they communicate and how seriously they take tenant concerns. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a rental in the Daytona Beach area!
This is a situation where zero stars would be more accurate. We should’ve known we were in for it on day one. The realtor refused to let us pick up keys a few hours early without charging extra — then couldn’t meet the actual move-in day until 10am. Our movers were arriving at 8am. Even better? We had to drive 25 minutes out of our way to their office — 25 minutes there, 25 minutes back — just to get the keys. And we had to do that twice.
