I am completely satisfied and pleased with Shine Realty and their entire group! We sold and closed our home in "record" time for the time of year (Christmas and New Year + snow and cold). I called Katie when we were thinking of selling our house last year. She came over with an analysis of our home that was really informative. She was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. We ultimately put our plans on hold when I had wrist surgery. I was so surprised when I received a gift certificate for pizza. That was a personal touch that matters and shows what type of person she is. When we sell, this will be my one and only call.
Adriane and Michelle went above and beyond to help us purchase a home from out of state, no small undertaking! They were most professional and forthright in all they did in looking for a property, and superb with referrals to get financing in place, we can't sing their praises enough!
