Was very excited to move into our new house but trying to work with Remax on maintenance requests or getting basic responses to inquiries has been a nightmare. We have had to communicate directly with the landlord, who has been very friendly and much more helpful than the property manager who was hired to do that work. I appi for a house in Maple Valley, which latter on I found out it was already rented and the kept the applayng fee, no even a message to say sorry the house was rented, or here is your money back.
Sara was soo great to work with! She made every effort to put me in the house of my dreams!
