Buyer Beware! I went to an open house presented by Karen Ricciardi. She is by far the most un-professional, rude real estate agent I have ever dealt with. Upon opening the door to the home, I said 'hello, how are you today?' to Ms. Ricciardi. Instead of a cordial reply, she responded: "I need to see some ID."
