I had a disappointing experience with this brokerage during a recent rental transaction. I clearly communicated upfront that I did not want to pay a broker fee and expected that to be negotiated with the tenant. Despite this, a revised lease agreement was sent minutes before signing that added an additional broker fee assigned to me as the landlord without clearly highlighting the change. Suha Othman was horribly unprofessional with my family. This brokerage should be aware of the nasty attitude she brings to the clients in her own Muslim community. I would NOT recommend this brokerage to anyone simply based on her behavior and treatment to others. Suha is creating a disgraceful reputation for this brokerage.
