If I could give this unprofessional human being if that’s what you want to call her, zero stars I definitely would. Her and her partner joe landers are the most rude and unprofessional realtors/property managers I have ever met. My boyfriend saw a property in winter springs, applied online and paid the $50 application fee. That very same day Jodi called and told him he was approved, so he went to her office in Oviedo, which was FILTHY, and paid a $500 deposit and signed the lease. If I could give ZERO stars! I WOULD!!! SO unpleasantly unprofessional!!! I don’t understand how they’re still in business. Her AND her partner Joe Landers are the most DISRESPECTFUL & CHEAP realtors/property Managers!!! Instead of being so cheap, put some money into the HOUSES that needs work done!!! I would never suggest going through them AT ALL! I will take care of this situation.
