Went to 2 open houses hosted by Koen Fu and the guy is nowhere to be found. There's about 10 of us that waited outside trying to reach this guy and he never showed. Never answered any calls or texts. If you see this realtor on the listing don't bother going to the open houses, it will be a waste of your time.
