Bunch of hypocrites, small town good Ole boy system. My contract was up after 6 months and my Realitor begged me to give her another month. Within two days I had a cash offer. I had said from the beginning it was to be sold as is. From the start, she wanted me to replace the roof, using her sister; contractor. I said no.
