PLEASE CONSIDER THIS BEFORE WORKING WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! I drove across the state to see and possibly make an offer on a house in Newaygo Mi. I was a cash buyer and had the proof of funds to prove it. My realtor had car problems but the Remax realtor listing the house agree to show me the house.
