Richard was so unprofessional. Didn’t meet at the meeting that he sent and wouldn’t answer any phone calls or text messages.
It has been 9 months in trying to get our earnest money deposit back on a house we did not get due to the owner taking it off the market. The owners signed a 'release of funds' almost immediately, but we had been told several times that they had not, and the management at remax was working hard to get our money. We were assured on 1/2/24 that we should be reimbursed in a week or so. Today is 2/1/24, and we have left messages several times with no reply. We even stopped by last Friday to inquire, but they were closed.
