Rick managed a house we rented for 2 and a half years. We never missed a payment and were never late. When we moved into home, the door from the master bedroom was not even on the hinges, it was sitting on the floor. We put it back on. There were several other similar things like that for example: rusted shower heads and bars. The carpet had never been replaced since the house was built in the 90s even with pets. We were wanting to rent a home that he said he owned. He came to the house showed us the home and told us there would be no problem renting this from him. We signed not one but two application papers and fees to get this house which he said would be no problem, we also paid fees and gave $1350 security deposit, only for him to contacts and said we didn’t meet the requirement, and gave no explaining. And when we questioned him, he told us deal was over and goodbye.
Contacted him regarding a rental property. He was very rude and seemed uninterested in me seeing the property and my time frame for moving. Upsetting because I was very interested in the property and would have made the arrangements to become an immediate tenant. Would not recommend. Definitely not someone I would want representing my property.
