Rick and his team stepped in and helped handle an estate sale from 1800 miles away helping us recover from a bad experience with another realtor. Providing guidance and assistance in getting the property in listing shape, identifying, realistic pricing, and putting together a plan for the property to get it moved in a semi stagnant market. Working on this kind of thing across 1800 miles and two time zones is not exactly fun or easy, but Rick and Company were quick, responsive, and absolutely made this pain-free.
I have completed multiple real estate transactions over nearly 2 decades with Rick and his Remax team. Rick has done an outstanding job everytime. He is very attentive, cares a lot about his clients and is very trustworthy and diligent.
Rick was awesome, he knows what you want better than you do. We ended up buying a house that wasn’t on our radar because of his recommendation. We won’t use anyone else
This is the second time we have used Rick to sell our home. It is always a pleasure to work with him. He is a quality agent and fair. He has great communication and provides honest feedback. Rick has over 20 years of experience and does what it takes to get your home sold fast! He is always willing to step up and do what is needed to make the selling process smooth and hassle free. I will definitely use Rick again for future home selling or buying needs! Thanks as always Rick!
This was the absolute best experience! Very professional and helpful thru the whole process! If you're looking for an amazing realtor Rick is your way to go!!
