Steph from remax is absolutely gorgeous! Very communicative, professional and always in good spirits! Her level of professionalism aswell as her urgency is honestly perfect!!!!! Adore her.
Urgent repairs were ignored by the PM and now we are heading to QCAT with a compensation claim. Rain dripping on a tenants bed is an emergency repair but nothing was done for 3 weeks, then after reminding if the issue it took in total FIVE shoddy "builders" showing up before the issue was fixed weeks later. Mould damage was not fixed/repaired despite being told it was a "priority". Very unprofessional. Would never use.
I have only been working with Juliette for a short time. In this time I have found her very professional and easy to work with. Anyone I have spoke to that has had dealings with her always speaks highly of her and I can see why. I would highly recommend her services.
