Joana Guzman was the BEST one to work with! Very professional, helpful in every way possible! I don’t think anybody could have made my experience buying a home more assuring or better than her! Highly recommend!
One of their agents signed me to represent me for a year without telling me it was a 12 month agreement until I asked how long is the agreement. Now that I want to end the agreement she is refusing to handle the manner in a profressional manner. Therefore I am now reaching out to the office for a formal release. Pending they grant it to me. Shady broker and realtors. Stay away at all cost, had to go through the trouble of 2 lawsuits that I fortunately won. Trouble could have been avoided if they hired competent people who weren't greedy. Just like the address entails "shadyview"
