Horrible experience with this guy Jay Obrien. He showed my house today while I was out of town. He left the basement door open and the hot water running in my shower for 6 hours. I got off the plane and just wanted a shower after being gone two weeks. No hot water. I called him up and didn't get an apologetic realtor. I got a guy on the other repeating "I don't know what to tell you". I don't recommend letting this guy in your house if you are buying or selling a house.

This gent talked to Jay about the misunderstanding and he said he would remove this review after talking to Jay. Never did. Yes, real estate is an imperfect science, but sometimes things do not go according to planned. We do our best and our company conducts over a thousand showings a year. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
