I was trying to buy a home, and Brandi was going to help me, but there was a family emergency, so I found another agent, who helped me greatly, and I considered keeping to sell my previous house, but I felt bad for Brandi getting left out, so I agreed to let her sell my old house (plus she basically promised she could sell it for a much higher price). The house sold for 25,000 less than I was assured she could sell it for, and communication was nearly non-existent.
Brandi Newland has helped us several times buying and selling. She is very knowlegable in Grove City Ohio. She was able to effectively negotiate a profit everytime we sold. As older people we appreciated her patience with us. She has become a good friend. Experience does matter.
