I had a great experience working with Tim. I was as the agent representing the buyer, and working with Tim Sheetz who was the realtor representing the seller. Tim is professional, and was patient as we had a lot of moving parts on our end. He made the process smooth and efficient for us on the other side, which often is not the case in our profession. Happy to do another deal with him.
We had incredible service from Tim Sheetz with selling our home! His expertise with preparing the house for showings was beyond helpful and maximized the value. He took care of every single detail and communicated with us through the whole process. He was prompt on answering/returning calls, emails and texts. Tim was very professional throughout the home sale process. Though our timing was less than advantageous (wintertime with climbing interest rates), he was helpful in all aspects of preparing the house for sale, personally assisting with organizing and moving belongings, arranging for touch up and cleaning, and hosting many showings.
