Very unprofessional, this company seems to need additional training with communication, also charging for services but can explain nor provide proof of what they are charging for . Which is a total rip off and disrespectful to loyal customers .
RecommendedTracey Bradshaw Witt is, hands down, the absolute best! She has gone over and beyond to help my husband and me get into our new home. Not only did she help us buy our new home, she is also helping us with our remodel. She is a jack of all trades to say the least! She’s an awesome realtor and an even better person. You can’t go wrong with her!
RE/MAX has the best customer service and is always quick to respond to any issues or complaints. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.
If these people are managing your property good luck, they take our $30 application fee and never get back to you. I had a long conversation with Taylor about the issue I was having of sharing a lease and he never got back with me. This company has non-refundable application fees so they take your money and then don't try to help the customer. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Ms. Jenny & Brandon are the BEST! Just purchased a beautiful home from The Crume Team & they are wonderful people! They made the process so easy & looked out for what was best for my family.
