I'm not sure where to begin giving cudos to this realtor, John Mazzara. I had a unique situation in that my home needed quite a lot of work to get it ready for sale, all of which had to happen during my last year of leasing out the property. John went to the property and meticulously took pictures and made recommendations about preparing the home for sale. I'm a first-time homebuyer, and working with John was great - he was very friendly, he made the whole overwhelming process feel manageable, and he obviously knows his stuff! He found a place that wasn't within our search parameters but was still perfect for us and brought it to our attention, and helped us put in an offer that was accepted. I can't recommend him enough!
