Do not use Leonmarie. She moved us into a house that was unable to be rented after a cross country move from California. We were forced to move into another home a month later because of her and the previous landlords lack of knowledge in the St. Louis area. Also, Leonmarie supports corporate landlord who do not live in St. Louis.
I had a very negative experience applying to rent an apartment through Leonmarie and a private owner. I originally applied for the unit with my partner as a second occupant because he was going to apply at a slightly later date. I discussed this with Leonmarie & she said that was fine. (Looking back, I shouldn’t have put his name down on the application). However, my partner changed his mind and decided he didn’t want to move in anymore. We had a very bad experience with your agent. We listed our house with Berkshire Hathaway and started showing our house. The house was shown to a customer by your agent on Saturday, 7-17-21 at 11.30 am. The agent was very unprofessional with no regard to the personal property of other people. When we came back we were in for a shock. The door to the garage was left wide open with the AC on!!!. The door from the family room to the sunroom was left open.
