My husband and I were looking for a house quick but we were wanting to stay in the same small town, so we didn’t have to move the kids to a different school. We met with Austin and later that day he was able to get us into a showing. He made a comment to us, that stuck. He said “if you have to sleep on the decision of the house, it’s not the house for you”. We put in an offer that night and it was accepted!! Austin was great to work with and always answered any questions we had.
I’m beyond pleased with what Lissa Baker did to help me find my first home. She was awesome at communicating and that was super helpful when buying a home for the first time. When we found a home we liked, she was immediately on top of it and able to get us in for a showing. The day after, we put in an offer and it was accepted! I was extremely impressed and satisfied with my experience.
