I hired and paid agent LeonMarie 1300.00 to screen tenants for a rental property I was listing. I later found out through case net the tenant LeonMarie picked had an eviction charge and possession charge filed against her a month before moving into my property. I’m currently going through the eviction process with this tenant and shes only been in my property two months.
