Seemed nice at first, but then very poor communication after taking initial application fees. Agents were extremely rude and unwilling to discuss or clarify certain paperwork they wanted signed. Organization seemed intent on getting your signature, taking your money, and then the coorespondance tapered off. You will have to consistently call to get any information on the status of your home buying process. Stay away if you can.
