Didn't even use them to buy, and still had terrible experience dealing with them from the sellers. Effort and communication needs vast improvement, i wont air out specifics. Use at own discretion.
I had the worst experience. First, the sale of my home fell through due to buyers not securing their loan and I did not receive the full earnest money, even though that is what that money is for. Second, my agent would go days without responding or answering my calls, and would leave me clueless on my home. Third, I trusted this company to have my back, and for my agent to have my back, but all they cared about were the potential buyers. I am very pleased with my Re/Max Real Estate Agent, Eric Leamon. He help sell my 1st property. I was unsure of what I was doing. Eric was available to answer my questions whenever I called him. He was knowledgeable about local real estate market and promised to show me a comparable properties report. He followed through with a timely and excellent report. Most importantly, Eric Leamon and Re/Max were able to get me the best deal possible and all of this friends is worth more than 5 stars.
