Phil Kuhn id phenomenal
I am very pleased with my Re/Max Real Estate Agent, Eric Leamon. He help sell my 1st property. I was unsure of what I was doing. Eric was available to answer my questions whenever I called him. He was knowledgeable about local real estate market and promised to show me a comparable properties report. He followed through with a timely and excellent report. Most importantly, Eric Leamon and Re/Max were able to get me the best deal possible and all of this friends is worth more than 5 stars.
Wrong phone #s on sale properties! I wonder how these people stay open for business
Anna Gilsinger, a Realtor that works there, was dishonest about the compensation that was owed from a sale that did not go through. The 500 dollars is a nonrefundable compensation that goes to the home owners who are doing the sale. Even if the sale doesn't go through, the home owners still get the money. This was not the case with Anna from RE/MAX and apparently to do anything about it you have to take legal action. Basically spend money to get your money.
