Before I moved into my apartment it was “under renovation”, so I wasn’t sure what to expect when I moved in. When I moved in the renovation company left the old non working stove, the place was still a mess to the point I had to have someone come in and clean just one room for me so I could at least have a safe clean space for my animals. I wish I could give this rental company zero stars. My experience was a complete nightmare from start to finish. First off, the rent is outrageously overpriced and for the condition of the property. It was dirty and poorly maintained, far from what was advertised. When I reached out to about these issues, they were dismissive and unhelpful. I even had a maintenance man call me back and cuss at me because I asked him multiple times to come and fix my toilet that was leaking water all over the floor.
