They paint over black mold and then it grows more and more underneath the paint until it comes back out of the paint and shows again my brother with heart problems almost died living in a room with black mold I’ve got proof of pictures and then my mom is no longer allowed to live with without oxygen because of the black mold they have made us live in for years and now they’re trying to charge us $6000 for 30 days of rent and they just keep on sending people here so they can put $50 charges for us to send them right back out ... read more

I have never been treated so poorly by a property manager! Absolutely rude and degrading! The website says they help find homes and work with people but that's a lie! This office staff is unprofessional and unwilling to help you. They ask for 3 years of rental history on the application but when Alecia reached out she was so rude about needing 5 years history. Then complained about having to track down my previous address!Take your business elsewhere to a more deserving property management
