They just bought the property I’ve lived in for nearly a decade. They are inhumane. They do not care about people. My neighbors who’ve lived here for years, as I have all said they are moving due to price gouging. Do not work with these people. They are horrible. Truly.
UPDATE 08/29- Remax wrote me a refund check that was returned due to INSUFFICIENT FUNDS. It is now TWO months after moving out and they STILL owe me money after writing a bad check! Another reason to NOT RENT HERE! Do yourself a favor and AVOID renting from this company. They charge top dollar for their rentals and then say “it’s an old home” when there’s clear issues that should have been addressed prior to leasing. They’ll speak to you condescendingly like you’re the problem instead of fixing the issues they’re responsible... read more
Worst people to rent with, very unprofessional and you’ll never get your deposit refunded. Run fast
They paint over black mold and then it grows more and more underneath the paint until it comes back out of the paint and shows again my brother with heart problems almost died living in a room with black mold I’ve got proof of pictures and then my mom is no longer allowed to live with without oxygen because of the black mold they have made us live in for years and now they’re trying to charge us $6000 for 30 days of rent and they just keep on sending people here so they can put $50 charges for us to send them right back out ... read more
