Horrible company that lacks any customer service. If you pay early, they try to charge late fees when they took the money 2 weeks before the due date. Then you get the run around when calling the office and told to speak to a manager but one is always "in a meeting" and won't return phone calls.
We truly loved the house itself, but dealing with the landlord, and property managers, was a constant source of frustration. During our lease, she/they (her husband to sometimes??) switched property managers multiple times, and whenever we tried reaching out, her only response seemed to be “ask the property manager.” When we signed, it felt like a small, mom-and-pop type of agreement because that's what they said, but that quickly shifted into a situation where communication and ease-ability were basically nonexistent. honestly terrible they refuse to compromise on anything but exspect me to live without working plumbing and a flooded basement for 2 months. They want nothing more to do with you past taking your money.
