Very easy to work with
When we moved in we were given a 4 hour window to pick up keys, and when we arrived at the unit the cleaning and paint crew were still there. Prior to this, we were advised that we could not move in a week early because they needed to get the unit ready. I’ve had a maintenance request in for paint since 3/28 and as of 7/3 it has not been completed (even after multiple calls). Don’t trust these people or rent from them. I moved from Maryland to Missouri hoping that the Remax name meant it was a quality reality company and leasser. However not only was my unit not ready when I was told/signed a Leaae but the unit was absolutely filthy and falling apart. We tried to unpack and realized how filthy the kitchen was; no way the past tenant didn’t have roaches and other pests. Food was spilled inside the cabinets, and never cleaned. Absolutely horrible company to rent from! Management is difficult to work with, maintenance is absolutely horrible and they refuse to do any repairs even after contacting the health department and city inspections where they were told to either make necessary repairs or go to court. I have no working lights.... LIGHTS in my daughter's room because there is something wrong with the wiring and this has been ongoing for 3 MONTHS!
