Do yourself a favor and AVOID renting from this company. They charge top dollar for their rentals and then say “it’s an old home” when there’s clear issues that should have been addressed prior to leasing. They’ll speak to you condescendingly like you’re the problem instead of fixing the issues they’re responsible for. Keep!! Looking!! If you or the wife have 700/600 credit score denied three times the rent an applications fee for both meaning both individuals over eighteen most apply so by the time you are finished paying app fees you credit has dropped because all of the hard inquiries so if your from out of state trying to relocate keep looking I'm sure not all are the same...
