After signing an agreement and being told I was approved, and that the landlord had signed our agreement, I was getting ready to drop off the deposit cheques, he called me to tell me that the price has been changed to $4000. He said he posted the Kijiji ad without his clients consent, and that they were unaware he was posting at $3500. Extremely unethical business practice.

Agent maryanne kenk showed up late to her showing and entered my unit outside of showing time. I thought she didnt show up and i could have been naked in the shower. Wish agents would respect the time and privacy of tenants. Will be notifying to LTB.
