Going into this process, I had no idea what to expect. I was excited, nervous, and felt very overwhelmed at times. David stepped in and made sure to always answer any questions I had, explained things in detail, and was available at any time I needed him. I can’t thank him enough for the work he did on his end to close this deal for me and get me into a home that checked every one of my boxes. What was a very intimidating process went extremely smooth and that is all thanks to David and his team!
David Jr. was amazing to work with. He made the daunting process of looking for a home, and then selling ours, into a pleasant journey. He was readily available and always had a great attitude, with expertise. He was great with our often fussy 2 yr old at showings, making it less stressful for us. Steps of the processes were made clearly and communication was always open if we had any concerns/questions. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell or both.
