As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what I was really getting into with purchasing a home. My husband and I are first time homebuyers. We worked with Jess and she was so helpful throughout the whole process. She gave us lots of helpful advice and set up appointments quickly for any home we wanted to see which made this process so much less stressful then it could have been. I would highly recommend working with this group and Jess is top notch!
David was awesome! He really took the time to get to know us, our goals, and our style. He was timely, responsive, thorough, transparent, and very helpful as first time home buyers. He made the home buying process seamless!
First time home buyers here. What I can say is that I couldn't imagine this whole process getting any better than what we experienced! David went above and beyond in every step. He treats you like family, and truly want you to get in the best house for your price. I've heard horror stories about home buying, this was anything but. I don't see us moving again for a very long time. But if we do, guaranteed it will be with the Birkle family! Thanks again Dave! Our son still asks about you!
Jessie helped my wife and I purchase our first home. Any questions we had with the process of house hunting was answered. Jessie scheduled any available houses we wanted to see with consideration to our work schedules. I don’t know a lot about maintaining a house/ property and Jessie was able to point out issues and concerns to be aware of. This is our forever home but life can change. And if it does Jessie will be the one we will utilize to sell our property.
