Oh my goodness, where to begin?! Let me start by saying that working with the Birkles will make your home-buying experience something you genuinely look forward to. My boyfriend and I worked with David to buy our first house. David just took us through the whirlwind of buying, moving, prepping, and selling in less than 6 months from first meeting(we told him we wanted go move next year ). There were so many moving parts and he made sure we did everything properly from the start so there were no delays for either closing. Compared to our first home buying experience somewhere else, it was night and day. I cannot say enough good things about our experience, and have already told my friends if they need a realtor to call David!
As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what I was really getting into with purchasing a home. David explained everything so clearly (and more than once) to make sure I understood each step of the home buying process. He made everything so easy for me and he took care of the hard stuff. My husband and I are first time homebuyers. We worked with Jess and she was so helpful throughout the whole process. She gave us lots of helpful advice and set up appointments quickly for any home we wanted to see which made this process so much less stressful then it could have been.
