I have known Beth for many years and we have used her to purchase a home. Beth is very knowledgeable and uses all of her experience to provide her clients the best value weather you are selling or purchasing property. Her business and construction background gives her a leg up on her completion. She provides examples on how to improve a property and the value of those improvements will help increase the value of the property. She is a great negotiator and is very trustworthy. We recommend her to all our clients and friends.
Beth is a wealth of knowledge, and great to work with! Thank you Beth! Definitely recommend giving her a call.
Always a possibility of their properties being sold 3 weeks before move-in day. My lease was terminated after signing and paying the deposit because the unit was "sold". Be careful, because this could happen to you. Do not always feel secure in leasing from them! Find other property managers!
Beth did an amazing job on helping us sell and buy a new home. Our house had an offer within 2 days of being on the market above asking price! Thanks
Beth Robinson was the agent for the seller when we recently bought our home. Even though she wasn't technically "our" realtor since we were the buyers, she was so very helpful. She was informative, honest and responsive - which is MUCH more than I can say for our relator in this transaction. I would recommend Beth Robinson to anyone buying or selling a home. Her honesty was refreshing along with her responsiveness and information. THANKS BETH!
