Joanne was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the housing market and home purchasing process. Whenever a new listing hit the market we were the first to know, thanks to Joanne. We reached out to Joanne Stone in the Spring to sell an out-of-state property in that belonged to my Dad, who recently passed. Due to the great distance, the family was unable to travel to Maine.
