Nathan Barnes Is a top-notch real estate agent. He has been there for me through the entire buying process. Because I couldn't make it to Florida, Nathan was my eyes when looking at different houses. I would stay away from dealing with this office and realtor Alicia Lambert. She helped with the sale of a home and she was very dishonest and was very rude and unprofessional. I had to walk away and lost a great deal.
Started out thinking I would retire in Cape Coral but it's too busy. So I'm coming back to Crystal River which I love. Working with XYZ, and not sure what to say. Right on the money as far as what is required to buy a house. Great ideas as in what to show you. Not sure about the technique. If you want a tough realtor without concern for your feelings he is the right one for you. If you feel insulted easily, such as me, maybe not.
