Melissa was an amazing agent! This was our 9th move, and she was the best buyer's agent we have ever had. We were moving from Pennsylvania to Midlothian,Texas, and we had 2 days to look for houses and chose one. We gave Melissa an extensive list of potential houses we wanted to see prior to flying to the area. She researched each house and made arrangements for us to see the houses over the 2 day time period. Melissa was fantastic from beginning to end. She knows the market, the area, and how to sell a home quickly, while getting you what it's worth! Her photographer did a great job, she set up a realtor tour that really helped us, she did an open house, and our house was under contract in no time, even in a challenging market for sellers. We always felt like she had time for us, and she answered all our questions quickly and respectfully. We would absolutely utilize her again!
Melissa is a wonderful, humble, and keen realtor. I'm so late on this review. She has been such a wonderful host of showing us homes in Texas from our move (Cali).
