This company's employees are a scam. We found Rich Creo off of Dave Ramsey's website as an endorsed provider. We wanted to buy our first house short sale and we personally knew the previous owner. The owner filled out all of Rich Creo and Kevin Shaner's paperwork for us and we turned it in to Creo and Shaner. This paperwork included all of the information that the homeowner knew, like debts still to be paid and financial information that could benefit the buyer and not the bank.
