It took three to four days before they even called me. This is unacceptable. I never talked to them ------ whoever he/she was, because If they really wanted me to be their client, then they would have jumped on the call much sooner than three days. It may even have been longer. It was a while back and all I remember is how discussed I was with them. So my rating is a 0.
