Jason Cavender was unethical and lied about a listing. He listed a house that was flipped and said all updates were completed and nothing was wrong! Not! I had a copy of the inspection from when it was a HUD listing we had several companies come and give us estimate before making our offer. The house had a cracked foundation and water in the crawl space. He said it was fixed with a pump and barrier. False! Pump was installed incorrect and so was the plastic. Jason Cavender was the listing agent for a property I was very interested in. I sent my contact information to him via the listing link and it took him 4 days to respond. When he did respond, it was in the form of an email with the listing attached, and the message was "if you have any interest in this listing, please contact me". Wait, WHAT?
