Rebecca has been with us for 19 years. Property Management is a hard job and she does it with style and grace. She always goes the extra mile.
Inspection at end is very bad experience. They had enough to cover all expenses and charged for things not covered in lease agreement. Does not inform you when they decide to charge you and just goes straight after your credit by collections agency. They could care less about contacting and talking to you. Just do it behind your back. They even admitted it and when they reviewed and made mistakes, they said they would reengage but never did. The best team in LA! They have been my property manager for the past nine years. I was scammed by other “property managers” who could care less about the owner and the tenets after taking your money. But this is the best team I’ve ever dealt with! Rebecca is great and very responsive. She also helped when I was deployed. She and her team are definitely military-friendly and accommodating, and it’s a great piece of mind when you are serving overseas or far away!
Rebecca at Re/max is the absolute best, she is great for those with portfolios big or small.
