Horrible. They know nothing about the properties, they never get back to you about anything. Do not use unless you want to be the ones doing their job for them. Trash people, trash company, I wouldn't trust them to sell a doghouse.
We, not one time paid our rent one day late in 3 years, we took very good care of the property we rented. The maintenance was taken care of as soon as it was requested, which was very much appreciated. When we got ready to move I paid for the carpet in the rooms to be professional cleaned and turned in the receipt as instructed. Plus I paid a professional to clean the house after we moved out. I use them to manage all of my rentals and have been thoroughly pleased over the years! You can't go wrong with hiring them or utilizing their rental services.
Won’t give me the keys to my house I purchased. Don’t have these crooks manage your property.
