Misty Corts was very unprofessional and rude. She didn’t even bother walking us through the house she just stood in the living room checking her watch every few minutes, like we were running her clock. She showed the house with little to no cleaning. The deep freezer was still full of old food from the previous tenant. My daughter recently needed to put her house on the market to lease and get into a rental herself. Both of which needed to be done rather quickly. Madison helped us with both of these situations. She was kind and easy to communicate with, but most of all worked her magic to make both of these things happen! She had her house on the market, and she was in her new place in a little over a week! Madison has been quick to respond to our unending questions and supportive in our situation!
Mail box doesn't have a lock on it so that when tenants put their money order or whatever in there, it can't be taken out by anyone other than the staff.
