I work with Matthew to find my new place. He was beyond fantastic, from working with my crazy schedule. Keeping my kids entertained during the house tours. We was beyond patient with our needs and wants. He quickly knew our taste and within minutes of tours would tell us if it was a fit or not to waste our time. It was a fresh breath to have someone looking out for us and not putting the commission first. As for Matt, for your next home. He is your guy!.
Has a bad experience with James Arakelian. Not a nice person at all and had me experience in real estate. Never again
The realtor I worked with is John Falcone & he was so very nice, very helpful and he was very patient with me due to me having Multiple Sclerosis & there are days that I can’t even get out of bed & I Thank him for that alone. I would really recommend John & I look forward to working with him again someday in the future!! I can tell he’s got a lot of experience & great ideas. Extremely unprofessional, STAY AWAY. Trying to maximize commissions by any means necessary. Currently used them for a purchase of a home, took extremely long for closing and the dates have changed several times. To top it off, my agent was recommending a moving company to me after I have already hired one, started slandering their name in hopes of us to change our mind. I'm guessing there was a nice commission for that referral also. What ever happened to serve others? Instead its about lets make an extra dollar. DO NOT USE ... read more
