My first home in a new country where we don’t know anything about home ownership, Jeff helped me and my partner, educating about the basics of house maintenance and ensure that we understand everything, He was proactive in his approach while being patient with our questions and helped us in a smooth transition. Jeff was the listing realtor for our neighbour. He requested to borrow our home decor and furniture for our neighbour’s home listing and once sold failed to return them. We saw them in the photos of his future listings as he continued to “borrow” them for different homes. We did not get them back until we tracked them down and showed up at his home to get them back.
